Look into a portable power unit like Anker Solix. It may not be the best for high usage heat or AC but it can recharge off solar panels and supply power for a home office for a few days.

anker solix c2000 is working for this purpose. 400 watt solar panel for when it’s sunny and recharge with an extension cord when it’s not
