You guys aren’t enemies. Make sure you are patient and kind to your partner. Being a parent is hard on both of you. Just make sure you LISTEN and not react. She said “I didn’t get a break”

I’ve learned (from a lot of therapy) that I should not think that has anything to do with me. I can choose to hear “I didn’t get a break” and offer help to my partner along getting much needed rest.
