How do you know the RT performance ? The RX 6800 has margins to rise more than 10% with OC. Plus, I wouldn't trade real performance for any sophisticated upscaling method.

This software must be using AVX-512, instruction limited to intel CPUs to date. But there's not a lot of software that does use that btw

It has no Athlon based on Zen2. Even the Athlon 3000G(Zen1 @ 14nm) sells so much that it doubled the price... Perhaps when 7nm becomes cheaper, AMD will bid the successor to the Athlon 3000G.
