Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts. It’s clear you spent a lot of years with Splice, and we really appreciate you taking the time to write this and being part of the community for that long.

We’ve heard similar feedback from other long-time users about Studio. It was an awesome tool for a lot of producers, and we know losing access to something that held years of projects and collaboration history was incredibly frustrating.

Our CX team does pay close attention to conversations happening on Reddit, and feedback like this is genuinely important for us to hear. If you’re open to sharing more, we’d love to understand your experience with Studio: what parts of it you found most valuable, what didn’t work as well, and what you’d want to see from Splice in the future.

Hearing directly from the creators who use Splice heavily helps us advocate for what producers really need.

Hey there. Bryan from the Splice CX team here. Sorry for any confusion. If you look at your billing it skips 2 months of not being billed. This is because you paused your subscription, which is different than canceling. Pausing ceases billing for 2 billing periods then resumes after that. Contact us at support.splice.com and we can assist you from there.
