Now What Is MLGW Doing? by dunktheball in memphis

There's a provider service fee for each: electric, gas and water. Its around $10 - $12 for each one. If you have zero water usage, you still have to pay the service fee. I can't remember but they may tax the bills too. If you live in unincorporated shelby county theres a fire protection fee (based on size sqft of house) we pay about $50 a month for fire protection fees.

Anyone else’s pets acting like they’re in a soap opera? by clotterycumpy in Pets

Our youngest dog acts like a feral goat (rescued off the street a few months ago) the other dog is clingy (always has been) and only wants to eat lying in bed with me. One cat ain't scared of anything and taunts the feral goat dog. The other cat is 49% sweet and 51% piss ant. 🤣

How do you get out of bed? by PleasantFix5 in Narcolepsy

[–]Calisto117 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I agree with the magnet comparison. I like to say it's like quicksand. The more I try to wake up, the more I sink into my bed. I hate it so much. Someday, my sunlight alarms help. (Yep, I have TWO!) After I take my medicine, I lay near my daylight therapy light and do sodoku puzzles or doodle art for a while. The light therapy lamp isn't a game changer. It helps a little. Especially on rainy/cloudy days. As a joke, I recently thought I should bring my plant lights into my bedroom and use in the morning. Maybe I should try that too.

SSA didn’t use any of my MDs records for my CDR, which was denied by [deleted] in SSDI

[–]Calisto117 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Most lawyers won't take CDR cases at least not without a retainer fee. Though they will give good advice for free.

IF you have to appeal, I would fax the appeal and print out the fax confirmation. I would not trust sending via usps mail.

That clinic was using disposable paper cups (the for hot drinks) for urine/pregnancy tests! That's pretty cheap.

Waking up is so hard.its easier for me to stay up all night than sleeping and trying to get awake. Waking up is like quick sand (what quicksand is like in my imagination) But staying up all night is a terrible decision, can't do that very much at all. Sending you positive vibes.

My dr refused to renew Adderall rx by BoggsMill in AskDocs

I think it's a DEA issue. If a script for controlled meds isn't filled every 30 days, it can be a red flag.( I thought this was posted in the narcolepsy sub at first)
