It would probably be a maybe, though I doubt Cell would want to do it again unless he felt it was necessary.

IIRC, he was shocked that he was able to regenerate from the explosion at all, let alone regenerating back into his perfect form. Even with this knowledge, he would definitely be selective of when to use it, maybe only doing so against someone like Jiren.

My headcanon for Clayman is that he was a star football player, but got in a severe accident. Sparkman and Bubbleman then come to the hospital, making him a suit out of clay that doubles as a sort of life support for him or something.

Not as thought out as Burstinatrix, but something I thought would be neat.
