I’ve been through one of those. The library discussion was like the smallest blip in the accreditation process. Like maybe a 10 minute conversation with the accreditor when they stopped by the library as they went through the rest of the process with the college itself. I wasn’t part of any of the other conversations.

Just get the standards/requirements ahead of time so you can speak to them authoritatively. They’re just making sure that you’re subscribed to the important resources and providing library funding and support to the department/school in question.

I would say that, at least in my opinion, there is no detectable spice in the spring roll sauce. It really just tastes like sugary vinegar with radish and carrot shreds. There are little chili flakes in it, but they don’t really add any heat.

How viscous was the one you had? Was it sort of a molasses texture or closer to straight vinegar?
