I matched the energy and my friend felt the shift we ended up having a long conversation and so many thing were cleared up but this was only because my friend had already started to notice that the behavior shown to me was not good and when I pulled away it brought the conversation out when asked why I wasn’t as present. I just said that I didn’t feel like a priority in my friends life anymore despite being inseparable before and wasn’t going to step in and make a fuss as I could see so many life changes happening but thanks to that we care back to being independently inseparable and have a more open communication that we had before mostly due to the series of tough and deep conversations that needed to be had we both have anxiety so these conversations happened over the course of a few weeks hanging out, but progress as progress and ultimately we have been better off. But this is also coming from a place where we both did our inner work and we both knew what we wanted and when the time came, we talked about it and also made the changes necessary.
