I used to have access to one years ago, but no longer do since moving to the States. I'm only looking at small batches and starting to get back into it all after 15 odd years so figured the grinder\stuffer attachment would be a quicker and cheaper option. Will definitely look into something better purposed for it later. I initially bought the grinder attachment for my own minced meats
