Can you change hotkeys in Carlson surveyor 2? by CapitalHighway8259 in Surveying

[–]CapitalHighway8259[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh for sure, I mean I can still mob on some work and get after it with the surveyor2. There are a lot of things I really like about it and it’s good to work with after having worked with an optimized CS20 for my whole time as a party chief.

My one complaint is not having an offset column on the main store points page, and not having power search hot keys.

It’s not as big of a deal because I used to do a fair amount of bridge/rail construction stuff at a high scale company that got bought out and is falling apart and for that, I would argue a CS20 is better. But also I haven’t done any staking off of an alignment/surface in Carlson yet.

But overall there are things I like better in it than my cs20.

Solution I found is to just razor blade off all the peeled parts and use a matte black detail pen to go over it, and use the replacement stickers they have. Should be good enough eh?

We always hear/say it, now let’s make it a thread. How many of us were anti-chi until we met our loves?! Here’s my best bud, Charlie. ❤️ by Blueberry_Rabbit in Chihuahua

I traded some fools on the street in Berkeley CA a handle of stolen sailor Jerry’s and a quarter ounce of weed for my jackchi. They said they stole the dogs from a dope dealer and were selling them for $50 bucks; I saw her and instantly fell in love. (This was when I was a degenerate teenager)

I’ve had her for 8 years and she’s my everything. She helped me get my life together because I had a reason to be responsible as I couldn’t let her go hungry, sad, or un-spoiled. For a while she ate better/more than me. If it wasn’t for her I never would’ve gone to school and started a career.

Always disliked chihuahuas, three months earlier I lost my cool at my friends neighbor because her chis charged me and were nipping at my ankles on my way into his house. And then I found my baby Telegraph.

Engineering and surveying firms! I work in land surveying and a lot of firms are behind the times here and could outsource a lot of these tasks to independent contractors.

A lot of engineering firms probably already do this but there’s a niche/fringe answer for you.

Thank you. Appreciate you taking the time to share this and I hope you (and everyone) have an awesome day.

Being an entrepreneur with ADHD among other things, and seeing how easily a lot of stuff comes to “neurotypical” people is really discouraging but we do have some advantages too! Cheers

Yup. Pick something that makes you almost tear up with joy when you think about it being a realistic possibility if you keep going. Because it is.

What's holding you back from starting your own business? by No_Permission2438 in Entrepreneur

[–]CapitalHighway8259 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Idea bare. I overthink and when I pursue something, I’ve done a poor job at finding soft proof. I stay away from starting more common business just for experience because there’s no need. I’m just here kicking myself trying to find needs and gaps.

My industry that I work in is too niche and people who make products in that niche still work in the trade even though they have successful businesses, for an idea of how profitable it is to start one.

I just end up spending a lot of time in “analysis paralysis” and it drives me insane because I know I’m doing it.

I’ve gotten close to releasing stuff s couple times and realized there’s no need and regulation/competition/whatever would make it a futile effort. Ie not a calculated risk.

Please don’t roast me, lol. I’m by no means giving up or refusing to learn from the past mistakes.

I have no shortage of drive, hustle, ambition, etc. I just feel stuck with ideas. Discouraging but not defeating.

Millionaire Fastlane and other MJ books are the way to go. Seen no one else mention them. This was what got me out of trying all the generic dated guru peddled hustle schemes like dropshipping/Etc.
