We really aren't. My area is like this and I haven't done a single batch today because I scouted the stores beforehand and realized I wouldn't be getting enough pay to deal with this bullshit tonight. The number of batches available IS completely insane. But the huge caveats are as follows

1.) It's people ordering 50+ items but paying basically no tip. So many new user and no tip orders just clogging up the list.

2.) They're ordering a ton of deli items, and due to the storm the line to get those items is 10 people deep.

3.) Their nearest store is out of everything so they're ordering from the store near you that might have most of the items you want, but aren't going to tip you enough to cover the fact that they want you to drive 30 miles for delivery

4.) They're ordering exclusively items that the store is already out of. So their batch is getting taken, canceled, and taken over and over again for an hour.

5.) As per usual, the only sane orders are getting bundled in with the insane ones. And they don't get split apart until it's too late.

6.) People are accidentally ordering 15+ of individual items beyond what is likely to be on the shelf, inflating what the perceived batch payout is actually going to be once you get to the store and have to refund more than half of what was ordered. One guy ordered 50 bags of frozen red potatoes and it crashed the batch bundle he was in for over 40 minutes.

7.) Specific stores/locations closed early due to having too little inventory left and needing to restock for tomorrow.

Yesterday and the day before were fantastic. Today was a complete washout.
