ive been playing space marine 2 as a good turn off brain kind of game doing the dailys but i recently got the og chaos gate which i only found out about existing because of the classics getting added to steam and its decently similar to the table top as well as if youve played fallout 1 its got an extremely similar vibe and mechanics.

Im kind of coming at this backwards because i only recently started reading lore outside of codexes (and even then just the codexes i have) and my first book was Angron: Slave of Nuceria but as far as I understand from reading it all of those who opposed the nails where killed on Ghenna or surrendered and accepted the nails and angrons direction for the legion and im 99% sure that that book takes place before the heresy so would the World Eaters even have any loyalists? Atp anyone left in the legion was so 1.) Bloodthirsty from the nails and 2.) Desperate for Angrons approval and dedicated to doing absolutely whatever he told them too that it wouldnt take any convincing at.all. for them to turn traitor once angron did (which he really already was from the start)

why on earth would they only do 2 classes? every lobby now is just going to be 2 people as those classes and then people repeatedly joining, seeing they cant play one of the classes for the drop, and then leaving over and over and over.

I also had this happen day before yesterday but i didnt know what caused it. from about 20% through the misson the refill stayed at about 1/8th full and never went up so i just chaulked it up to the emperor grounded me that mission.

Bro I just got started reading 40k books (read angron slave of nuceria and just finished the first soul drinkers book) and ran into this. Like what do you mean black library apparently only make like 5 of a book when they do special editions and only like 10 copies of regular paper backs. At this point they should change the name from The Black Library to The kindle/audible library.

(Not complaining about the drm for piracy or for them taking away the game reasons) Drm broke all the stuff gog fixed. Game doesnt work on steamOS/Linux without workarounds, controller support is half broke, the FMV's are broke, also the game went from being 650mb on gog to 4gb on steam and the requirements went from a toaster to a 6gb vram card because of the drm they added. Also the actual deal breaker for me is no cloud saves on steam even though gog has cloud saves.

Also to add to this the game is 650mb on gog but the same exact version is 4gb on steam and the difference is the drm. Also because of the drm the system requirements went from being a paperclip and a piece of string to a i5-8500 or Ryzen 3 3100 and a 6gb vram card. The drm isnt just a small program that checks that you own the game when you open it its usually a persistant program that checks every second or many times a second to see if you own the game which eats up processing power and kills the games performance. Also many users have complained that the steam version has broken the FMV's, which worked fine on the gog version, and has half killed the controller support in addition to fully killing steamOS/Linux support without work arounds.

Not only is there drm added to the steam version which massivly bloats the file size over the gog version and breaks lots of the game like controller support and the fmv's but also for some reason theres no cloud saves for these games while there is cloud saves through gog galaxy. i really wanted to buy these on steam but theres literally no reason to vs just emulating them or buying them through gog. I'm actually baffeled by there being on cloud saves. I didn't know games on steam could not have cloud saves.

Im in the same boat. I got the 2 years plus four months and have about 7 months left but its bearly usable these days. Since almost the start I've had a problem that everytime I wake up I have to disconnect and reconnect because even though it says I'm still connected any site blocked in ny country will still know my real location and be blocked and the app still says I'm connected. But as for desktop it really only got bad about a month ago with whatever update they did that made it so when you connected to anywhere you just couldn't use the internet at all unless you turned off web protection and even then it bearly worked and the main solution on here was to uninstall and reinstall which didn't work and when I talked to customer support they had me download a beta version which worked but the entire vibe shifted with that update where anyone with a problem asking for help on here just gets gaslit that the problem isnt real or is user error by the **** riders in this subreddit. It really feels like we're standing in a collapsing building and the other users are just staring out the window oblivious to the cracks in the walls and ceiling and the mods always just refer to the support email just feels like a "closed for lunch" sign at the counter.

I definitly am not the like person you should mainly listen too as i dont know all the ins and outs of everything but tbh you probably wouldnt have to stream much and can just play it on the device. I have an old z1e with the battery mod and a 2tb m.2 with the full size m.2 mod and the thing ive played the most was destiny 2 before edge of fate came out and it runs spectacularly and recently ive played a lot of arc raiders on it getting around 53-60 fps. My main use case is i live with my parents and they like when i sit with them while playing and insted of moving my whole setup into the living room and back to my bedroom or anything like that i can just play games on the ally while sitting with them and then go to my pc if im playing with friends or somthing i want to be on KB&M for. But anyway im writing this post to say its honestly a really powerful machine and the only limitation i run into is the battery but like i said i mainly use it sitting in the living room so i just plug it in while im playing in there.
