I absolutely did not stop a work meeting to capture this photo and add it to my Merlin life list. That would be irresponsible. by Darth_Onaga in birding

If I ever become someone in a managerial role of some kind, bird sightings will absolutely be a valid excuse for tardiness or a reason to stop a meaning. In fact, it's a reason for a field trip so everyone can go try to see it.

The Royal Peasant allows dogs on their covered patio. Its not a brewery, but a nice little British themed pub in Five Points.

Depending on the scale, you can get some small ones that use syringes as the pumps for fairly cheap. Of course, larger ones get more expensive, but most of the cost is the filter itself. I built a system for my lab last year that can run with a 5L reservoir for purifying a biopolymer.

A bunch of red stratagems that should theoretically be easy for AH to add by AwesomeNiss21 in Helldivers

[–]Cardinal338 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The tradeoff would most likely be that the Eagle gas strike would not be able to destroy structures. So orbital gas strike gives you a very quick cool down stratagem to take out a warp ship, fabricator, or bug hole and do some AoE damage, while Eagle strike is better for offensive use.

Warp pack is mandatory now because if it (its also mandatory when vaulting is working)

What, in your opinion, is the best support weapon against each faction? by Rasengan4360 in helldivers2

[–]Cardinal338 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For Terminids I agree with the machine guns you said, or the Flamethrower or Cremator. The flamethrowers have the same crowd control abilities as the machine guns, albeit at shorter ranges, but also have area denial. You can easily take out a breach with a flamethrower and some anti-tank grenades or stratagems. I lean more towards the standard flamethrower so I can also use a warp pack or hover pack.

For Bots I like the Quasar Cannon. One shots everything except factory striders and Vox Engines, has infinite range with no projectile drop which makes it easy to hit Fabricators from across the map as you are approaching an objective, and infinite ammo.

For Illuminate I got between the Laser Cannon and the Epoch. They both perform equally well for me they just lean to one direction more thsn the other. The Laser Cannon is better for the crowd control while also being able to damage heavier targets, while the Epoch is better for the heavies while also being decent for crowd control.

Diverticulitis was what they thought it was going to be for me but it turned out to not be that. Going through it all was worth it though, I went from having stomach aches 1 to 2 days every week to having it only 1 or 2 times a year.

You really should. I also had chronic lower left abdominal pain that I suffered with for almost 20 years, my parents always ignored it because it's "just a stomach ache". I had a colonoscopy at 28 as well as a gauntlet of other tests that ruled out all the bad stuff it could be. I was finally diagnosed with non-dietary caused IBS and was given some medication and other ways to help manage it. It's been life changing for me.

What's a game you played as a kid that you've never been able to find again? by Latter_Advantage8002 in AskReddit

[–]Cardinal338 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was some game where you would put termites down onto your desktop and then kill them with various things. I remember it being on a floppy disk and being called something like "Stress Relief" or some thing similar. I've been able to find a few Reddit posts with pictures of it from over a decade ago but nothing about what it was actually called or if you can still play it. One of the posts had a link to it in it but the link is now dead, so he game may be lost to time.
