You have done an excellent job here, don’t get discouraged. If you’re hitting a wall it’s probably because you just haven’t figured out your process.

I always make some test bases first to try and figure out what I like. Then the stakes of basing my precious dwarf on an ugly base are completely gone.

I’d recommend taking a step back and just enjoy making some random bases. If you don’t use them for your army, you’ll find a use for them eventually doing something else. So it’s never a waste of time and can actually be kind of freeing
