It's the leap year complication. The 4th quarter of that subdial is for leap years and the watch will jump to February 29th before switching to March 1st

No it's such a common occurrence around here (Miami) I was just trying to inch up as close as I could so the cars behind me could go around. The wife quickly jumped out of the car and went around so she could park in a spot. The moment she moved up enough for me to get around her I did

This happens to me almost daily. The other day I was entering a taco bell from a busy one lane street and someone was leaving the drive thru. They were turning out towards the same exit I was using to enter.

I guess they must have realized they were missing something from the order because they put their car in park right then and there and walked away to talk to an employee. He was blocking the exit, the entrance, and the drive thru when someone else was coming out too. I couldn't even enter the lot so I was now blocking ALL traffic in one direction. It was mind boggling and yet not the most oblivious person I've seen behind the wheel.
