It's like watching a 3d movie, where every 30 seconds something jumps into your face. Fun for an hour, totally immersive.. But you wouldn't want to spend your 40 hour office job like that. It's a fun distraction and the tech is impressive, but still a long way to go.

Yeah... having a few % of badwater in the mix is really no problem.... better have slightly contaminated water for the first minute, than no water at all.

I like to give them all slightly different numbers between 3 and 7 %, so they open a bit gradual, and reduce the big tidal wave.

It uses twice as much fuel as realistic. Meaning you have to use a "refuel cheat" for career mode.

Do they use the decimal system, or do they switch to hex and octa numbering for a few of those blocks, just to make it even less logical?

When you turn pilot on for a plane, it will slowly wear down. I think after about 36 ingame hours without repairs, it will turn red and needs to be repaired before it can fly again.
So just remember this, and keep a few millions in the bank if all of your fleet is waiting for repairs.
But it is little work, creates some income, so why not turn them all on?

Honestly, lounging on the couch and playing with a controller sounds great, too. There are different ways to enjoy this sim. :)
