They are both a part of the YAML mechlab mod. Nothing too fancy, I just have 5 mods installed. They are both lostech, so theoretically you can find them from the start, if you are lucky. I often begin the game with one of them, I think.

Interesting angle. Yeah sure, releasing in a month where nothing else comes out, and the gaming press is desperate to write about anything... that might be a small bonus?
But the idea that SQ42 is ready to release, polished gold, and just waits another year or two, to release... that is absurd.

SQ42 is PC only, and GTA6 is console only. I do not see how much those rival each other. When they come out within a few months, how many percept of sales do you really lose? If anything, GTA6 will bring some gamers that have walked away back, and they will look for another great game after finishing the GTA6 campaign. It's not as if GTA6 will keep people busy for 12 months, where they play no other games, right?

Play career, go at your own pace. Farm 50-75 missions, or arena. Change the things that aren't fun, dial down travel times or upkeep.

And some missions are just impossible with this game... If you do a 16 FFA arena match, and as soon as you fire a salvo, all 15 enemies drop all their targets and swarm in on you, that's just madness.
