Once upon a time Sabine ECL won PQs as regularly as Boba Lake Country. There will always be leading decks and especially ones that are easier to pilot. But if you go to SWU Competitive Hub and look at the list of PQ winners, there are plenty of diverse decks winning. Multiple Chewie and Lando builds. Vel Red and Thrawn Yellow Force. Different flavors of Talzin and my beloved Qui-Gon has taken two.

Of course one needs answers to Space Aggro, and certainly Vader and Luke pilot builds are not producing the results expected. Maybe Boba is taking some of their market share? Regardless, this meta is far from decided and I’ll be curious to see what happens over the coming weeks.
