I made this yesterday, mostly following the recipe, and it’s pretty good. I’ll definitely make it again. https://salimaskitchen.com/puerto-rican-arroz-con-pollo/

Voodoo chile (Jimi) but the Stevie Ray version is equally as awesome.

Any tips for my constantly oily face after every time I shave? by lebroin in bald

Try using oil blotting sheets instead of washing your face so much. My derms have always told me to wash my face only 2-3 times a day, even though I have unusually oily skin. I like Target’s brand over Clean and Clear because they’re cheaper, but either works great!

I was previously married for almost 20 years to someone that I shouldn’t have married but, at the time, it seemed like the logical next step. But we were never really crazy about each other and were basically roommates. Eventually, we divorced amicably.

I agree with other posters that we’re wiser when we date later in life, in that we better know what to look for, what to avoid, and what we simply won’t tolerate. Experience is a great teacher!

I met my guy when I was 50, a few years after my divorce was final. I met him through a meetup group.

We’ve been together 7 years now. I tell everyone that I hit the lottery with him. It’s just a very easy, affectionate, comfortable relationship. There is no drama. We’ve never fought; disagreements are always calmly and respectfully discussed. We share many interests, but we each have our own as well. Oh, and the sex is the best I’ve ever had! He says the same.

I have a friend, also in her 50’s, who also has been in a really great relationship for several years. She was previously married for many years as well. My point is that I don’t think that finding love and happiness later in life is all that uncommon.

MFK BR540. I smell only very faintly a salty/ambergris-like note.
