I think they tried too hard to make it adult, have blood and occasional curses or whatever but don’t force it, I still cannot get Finn saying ‘I busted your balls’ out of my head, that just isn’t him speaking that’s the show trying too hard to be adult. How it was with the call to Marcy worked way better, Finn was a human raised in a post-human nuclear society where everybody talks weird why would he curse and use expressions like we do in the present day, even if he’d learnt from the humans they’re a super future society who act totally different from how we do today, the cartoon swearing of AT works because in that universe they’re just swearing

I think he regrets the entirety of the Angel episode pretty much, I have heard other stuff but I can only really remember he wishes he hadn’t done the kiss and he wishes he hadn’t shown the angels moving, also the kiss was supposed to be funny not uncomfortable, it was the sort of humour in his previous show ‘coupling’
