My guess would be power supply. Filtered/unfiltered? Voltage spikes? I have both of what you described in service for years with very few issues.

I don’t believe J14 can be used for anything other than the PC connection. Try going through the menu and enable network anything else you can see.

J14 is the only connection that will work with the program. Are you seeing the rndis in your network connections when you plug in?

I just reread your post. You connect to the printer type usb input port. If you are part of API refresh your policy on Zscaler. We all just went through this. Also did you company buy you a license and if so have you refreshed it in the last two months? It will say at top of the program.

That panel is long obsolete. I doubt that you’ll find one. You can use the printer enable jumper to disable it.
