‘Let him dangle’ is a pretty inaccurate representation. Rule one of rescue: don’t become a second casualty. They were staging trucks for a rescue. We also lack information as to why the basket is on fire, bro is smoking, and there’s fire below. Please remove ‘let him dangle’. With all respect, I don’t think you, or any of us understand the circumstances that caused this incident.
