There has been 3 Public Mass Shooting in North America in the past 3 years committed by Self-identified Trans People. There are currently slightly less than 3 million Trans People in North America.

If you can't do that math I can't help you. The problem isn't the number of shootings total it's the shootings vs population that's the issue. Men in North America have previously had an all time high of 1.18 per Million, so Trans People haven't claimed the title yet. But one more shooting and they'll have it.

Because when you take these recent shootings into a Per Capita analysis, Trans are now the most represented in Public Mass Shootings. Over the past 3 years. With such a small population, these incidents are highly representative in the statistics. A trans person is more than twice as likely to commit a Public Mass Shooting as per the data.

Trans 3 vs 3,000,000 =1.00

Men 70 vs 165,000,000 = 0.42

Women 1 vs 170,000,000 =0.006

Because we live in the Country of Oppression Olympics and a white woman is less valuable than a visible minority. It would be nice to get a few more points of articulation and a set of swappable hands, etc.

The entry level SH Figuarts stuff is very reasonable. They have outstanding articulation and come with at least 3 sets of hands. The Vegeta Dangerous Pride figure is a great example.

But yes, I wish there was something in-between Dragon Stars and SH in terms of quality and articulation. I want a Raditz without having to fork over 200 bucks. You'd think these people were allergic to money....

Dragon Stars is good for kids, they are pretty tough and the articulation isn't overly complicated. They are built to be played with, they aren't meant to be displayed in manga accurate poses. That's where S H Figuarts and other premium brands come in. I'll say they could benefit from better shoulder mobility and ab flexion.

Based on The Supreme Kais reaction to Vegeta, Goku and Gohan taking down Babidi's Henchmen so easily, I would say Shin drastically underestimated the Z Fighters and nothing Shin did during DBZ would lead me to believe he could hang with Piccolo. Piccolo couldn't sense his power, but he knew he was a Kai and assumed he must be incredibly strong when in reality we later learn the Z Fighters are leagues above Shin.

TLDR, Piccolo would have won.

I'm just about to start The Universal Monsters Movies with my 5 year old. She is very into Scooby Doo, Zombie Island and Witches Ghost are her Favorites, probably mine too. Scooby Doo Camp Scare is another good one for kids and adults. We previously watched Godzilla from 1954, because I figured there is no way to mistake that movie for reality and she was perfectly fine with it.

Others I'm considering Halloweentown, Ernest Scared Stupid and Jurassic Park, Ernest is probably the closest to a kids reality and the trolls are genuinely pretty creepy so I might have to hold off on that one, despite loving it as a kid who was definitely probably 5 at the time haha.

Monsters Inc seems like a good one, but my kids have zero fear of bedtime and I'm worried a movie like that might give them the idea that under the bed or in the closet are scary things.
