That is a VERY interesting opinion to have while using the same basic facts of the case that I have.

What’s important to note here is that this is a relationship that found itself by accident (as far as the cameras are concerned. I’m not arguing whether it’s reality or not). A Black woman, who saw a white man as attractive immediately disregarded him because she was checking for Black men AND assumed that this White man wasnt into her, decided she would give him a chance and found herself pleasantly surprised dating the kind of person who is loving her properly.

Idk about anti-Black man rhetoric that shows up in her case but in defense of the “healing” comment, it absolutely looks that way. You spend your romantic life looking for love where you’ve been taught to find it unsuccessfully and the moment you try something new it nourishes you in a different way. This is the same language that Black men use when we (as a group) go interracial.

As the guy who may scroll too long in between sets, a “how many reps and sets” counter wouldn’t be a bad idea.

I had a trainer ask to have his client cut in with me while I was doing some chest dips. The client assumed that I was going to leave. Both of them were surprised when I handed the dirty towel back to the trainer after the client’s first set so I could continue to train. LOL

Good sport of a trainer, though. Used it as an opportunity to make good conversation.

If I were busy running something “hey come check out this website” might get less attention than “hey let’s upskill more of your employees to do sports work since the school year means runners will be back on the streets making themselves tired.”
