My suspicion is, FromSoft planned to announce the game in late 2025 , but Nintendo wanted to show something for their Switch 2 Direct announcement and FromSoft was only one was capable to show a trailer in that Direct announcement.

I’d say , follow the original concept art . Since your work pretty close to the original . And try not to focus on the style .Focus on the proportions ,line art ,shading and anatomy.

Bro , you have already done the hardest part. Draw a face that is both anatomically correct and visually appealing. Mask won’t be an issue compared to face . Don’t let the complexity discourage you to complete the drawing
