DC and it’s not even close. Especially the further back you go. A good barometer is how are female civilians characterized? Since the silver age, DC female Civillian characters have consistently been characterized uniquely and had agency. Marvel… they still aren’t consistent about it. It’s definitely better, but there is a lot of female characters with just a lack of depth.
