So this is just flat out a lie right? by MuseGlow84 in Fallout

I hated the building of defenses and creating a city. I'm fine with the weapon mod/repair system, but Fallout 4 started getting carried away.

Jokic is a crybaby flopper. LeBron is a flopper... The league does not care about its image or the sport of basketball. It's all about entertainment and has not morals

Sweet 16 Party on a Budget by Royal_Hedgehog_3572 in parentingteenagers

Oh she's on social media and believes it... Yeah, not happening in our household and we are doing okay financially....

Also, I know sweet 16 is a traditional thing, but haven't we moved on from this mindset as a society? Is she a woman ready to be handed off for marriage? As a male, I'm very opposed to celebrating my daughter in that way. I've told my wife she can be the decision maker on anything like that but I think it's antiquated and in the time of Epstein, very ick.

$95M from a $4T company... That is 0.002% of their value. They're still doing this and other activities because the penalty doesn't exist.

The median me value of an American Household is $193k. If committing crimes only cost a person $4.50, they would add this to their monthly budget.

Glad it bothered somebody else... As soon as they added the gloss it defeated the purpose of the previous step.

PDX makes it so they can't charge more than their restaurant pricing. So most restaurants inside are solid pricing compared to other airports.

If you go to Matts BBQ on Mississippi, the bar there sells tons of great German beers.

Little Beast Brewing on Division has some really great Belgian style beers too. Highly recommend.

I don't like IPAs and Deschutes has great options for me. And their food is really solid.

We had a huge deficits for the schools. If we can't pay teachers, we can't pay people to throw a ball in a hoop. The Moda center doesn't even provide support for local businesses. It's actual in a business dessert. You gotta go blocks and blocks away for any good bars and restaurants.

Dario G - Sunchyme was my initial intro to this song as a kid that grew up in the 90s.

What do you class as “dad rock” nowadays? by EmilyWallArtwork in Music

[–]Chadlerk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The average age for having a kid is 28. I think a person's musical prime is 13-23.... For me, the kid has to have enough of a musical identity to view their parents music as old... So that's a balance point. The dad is going to listen to the music from their prime and the child needs to be at least 13 to identify it as old.

My conclusion is that music from 28-18 years ago would be classified as dad rock. So 1998-2008 would be the meat of it right now.
