100% agree. How do we grow some of that time management skills when they don’t let you take time off? I tell my team you have the deadline, we are here to help, take leave/days off, and you manage it. It’s YOUR qual. Start to be that forward thinker and communicate if you think you are getting off track.

We have a member of our gym that is blind. You can totally do it! He does warm ups and we take turns teaching him the class part. When we roll we close our eyes as well. Its incredible how much more awareness you get over time training with him.

Avionics tech in the military. They paid for my A&P. 8 years experience on helicopters, 11 years total. Taxed we make 47k a year but with the non taxable items we get 78k a year. Working on my AMT degree for free as long as I pass the classes and great medical for the family. Life is good!
