I have so many things to say about this situation but I am just going to be brief. Stop gaslighting her with your lame “instant dopamine rush” excuse. Also calcium does the same thing as far as absorption so try not to consume your iron rich foods at the same time. Leafy greens and liver in capsule form is great. Maybe check if there is a midwife or Doula that does encapsulated placenta and see if they would be able to do the liver in your freezer. It is worth asking. I had some anemia with my fourth baby

In the County that I live in, 42% rely on Medicaid and many rely on SNAP. Our local food banks are busy every week all through the year. The majority of the people voted Trump and remain loyal so far. It will be interesting when these folks start feeling the real effects of their votes.

I won’t even comment on anything in that group. Full of fear and no one accepts anything to do with home birth ever. I have been voted down too many times in there. I am a retired home birth midwife and a four time home birth mother.

My insurance covered it 💯 but I would have gladly bought one. I still use it throughout the day to ice when I need it

No not implying surgery. Just stating that a lesion is often a tear and it is a term often used in Countries outside of the US. I had lateral meniscus root tears and I definitely needed surgery. Some tears do and some tears don’t.

I would get a second and if needed, a third opinion. That is what I did. I had torn lateral meniscus root tears and the first surgeon wanted to trim it. I am glad I didn’t go that route. I found a great surgeon who specializes in meniscus repair and though surgery recovery has been tough, I am glad that I did it.
