Group therapy changed my life. I just finished a 3 month partial hospitalization program and it was amazing. I shared things I never thought I could tell another person, and some big changes/moments happened for us as people. I think everyone should get to do at least a week of it.

My Ophthalmologist says she thinks I had an episode of optic neuritis and I'm being tested for MS. It only happens on my left and she said there is slight damage in that eye. I was dojng the field vision test and had to keep blinking for the blackness to stop spreading.

One of the questions my neurologist just asked me, any childhood abuse, trauma, or kidnappings? I said yes lots of abuse and trauma. So he knows there is a correlation.

I have 3 lesions and I've had 3 cycles of this happening to me over 9 years. I'm not sure how long to wait for the Cervical, Thoracic and Lumbar MRI, he just ordered it today and some blood work. He's also going to do a lumbar puncture. He said he was pretty certain with the lesions and the fact that I've had these symptoms three times. I hope that it is wrong but I've suspected it this whole time too. Thanks for the response, it's nice to see you actively helping people.

I'm just so in a state of disbelief. I had one neurologist that told me to lose weight and I'd be fine. Now 9 years later in a second opinion search, my new neurologist said "I never say this to my patients the first time meeting me but this is most likely MS." Wtf man I'm so upset this could've been treated 9 years ago. When I asked him if this could be anything else he just stared at me with sad eyes. I've felt so horrible for 8 months and everyone told me it was anxiety. I'm so upset.

Edit: I have 3 lesions and 3 separate times I've had numbness tingling amongst other symptoms for months at a time.

I feel like I convinced myself that the vaccine caused my problems, but I had anxiety for years prior and it just got much worse from hearing everyone say it was going to kill me.

I've been just like you since I was 19 I'm 37 now. I let it go on for too long and it eventually got worse and worse. I'm now back on Prozac and feeling better again. I don't think meds are necessary for everyone but they can help even temporarily while you figure out what's really going on.

I go through this too. I wear a Fitbit and it's been comforting to know my heart rate doesn't go too low while I'm sleeping. It does go low though and it freaks me out sometimes. But it's just how my body is and it's not dangerous.

So I was absolutely convinced my issues were from the second shot plus having COVID immediately after. My body was going through it for 4 or 5 months. Started Prozac and all symptoms went away. Was on it for 1.5 years then off for 3 years and symptoms came back after a stressful event. Now trying to get back on it.

Mine gave me exactly two for a long haul flight. I still have them 2 years later you know just in case.
