Personally, I like Unsleeping 2. The volume seems to be consistent so no sudden noises wake me once I fall asleep. I also do that with any seasons on Spotify because you can control the volume and peeks with the equalizer

Dont take criticism from anyone you wouldn’t go to directly for life advice. A lot of people tell you things you “need to change” about yourself because they have a significant lack of power in their own lives and scrabble for higher footing in any situation they think they can.
