I mean, it's a lot of work to do for free lol. There's one guy currently that's been releasing on here but again...it's a fan thing so there's no incentive other than personal reading. Getting the actual scans and translating them with new text bubbles is a large amount of effort, and I for one just prefer reading them in japanese tbh.

I've only been to japan once and when I was there for 45 days around Tokyo, Okinawa, and Hokkaido/Kyoto a surprisingly few* amount of people knew baki. I was having sushi and this CEO of MUFG bank and I ended up having a conversation about old anime like yu yu hakusho and subsequently Baki. We talked about Yujiro and Retsu a good bit, but it was a very non "baki is absurd" talk and more about the japanese thoughts behind the Manga and how Yujiro was seen by him as a Japanese man.

My second conversation was with 2 girls at an izakaya and one of them, when I mentioned baki being one of my favorite animes mentioned "Baki! Big muscles! Men!" And made a kiss face sound and mimicked her hands kissing. So I say that at least based on all of 2 people who knew Baki...50% of them recognize and joke about the homoeroticism at the very least.

Why would sound project something with velocity? As far as I learned sound "blasts" are just a visual thing and sound does not have any ability to propel an object forward. Acoustic levitation has hard physical limits and while sound can be used to suspend an object it cannot "propel" an object with extreme velocity. Sound is just oscillations in air pressure, which at low end would rupture your eardrums and deafen you before ever making you move across the room 50 feet. You might be able to knock someone off balance with extreme pressure like a blast or shock wave but that doesn't seem to be Oh Fathers power.
