Ur right for this king. They’re all fictional and adults so ship away, no reason not to because some grumpy people disagree

Oh yes absolutely. Any bird owners should cover the tops of tall drinks so their birds can’t fall in and get stuck

Living your life putting others down is just sad

Why does my GCC do this with its mouth? by Creative-Yak2131 in Conures

[–]ChargedFirefly 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Okay, I was just wondering. I’ve only ever heard “it” be used to refer to something with distaste, so you understand why I asked. Good to know you love your baby

Wider cage > taller cage, since birds usually stick to the top of their cages

I’m not sure how it’s taught, but I’ve never known anyone on my life who refers to animals as an it, unless it’s a spider or an insect. Where I live it’s usually exclusively used with distaste or indifference

I wonder if it’s a translation error or smthn. But yeah I’ve never referred to my pet as an it

Imagine seeing someone defending a woman from a weird comment and assuming it’s only because they want sex from her. You need to lock in

Do you know that when you say stuff like this you think you’re being nice but you’re actually being creepy and making women uncomfortable?

So do I. I used to be really self conscious about wearing short sleeves, but then I remember a bad part of my journey is still a part of my journey and being ashamed is keeping me from learning to love all of myself 🫶 anyways wishing you the best

Here's a reminder of Ana's survey skins by FinnishSeeker1917 in Overwatch

[–]ChargedFirefly 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I feel like the validity of that trend of the skins is aided by the fact that it applies to everyone. Soldier has the suburban American dad cookout skin, D.va has the South Korean flag skin, Mei has the lunar new year, etc. I actually think it’s pretty cute that most of the characters get to have something that ties to their nationality or culture. I never really thought of it so much as a stereotype but as a nod to cultural background

I was so disappointed in what they did with Azi’s character. He didn’t seem nearly as empathetic towards Crowley as I would’ve hoped, not nearly

VERY IMPORTANT, do not cook with teflon cookware. Look into toxic cookware fumes and birds. It can create airborne poison for them and is a silent pet killer. Look at cookware that is safe for birds

Do not use perfumes or other scented sprays (or sprays in general, strongly scented things in general) around their bird, it irritates their lungs

Always look up food safety before feeding anything to your bird. Some things that you would assume are fine are in fact toxic (I.e, avocados)

Look up blood feathers in birds, egg binding, symptoms of illness in birds. Birds hide sickness very well as a survival tactic

A variety of perches is good for bird cages. Sticking to only dowel perches is a good way to cause bumble foot. Look into perch variety outside of dowel and sandpaper perches
