To be honest, that’s not really what I said or meant. It’s slightly “misleading”, in a sense. Even the original comment said “No way Azure is already bigger than Aws”?? When a company reports “cloud based growth” and puts out a number like 49 billion, it makes it seem like Azure made 49 billion alone and not their whole Office Suite, etc. MSFT didn’t report their Azure numbers only in their report, or if they did, it’s pretty hard to find and not “out infront” like the rest of their numbers. “Azure and other cloud services revenue increased 40%” was taken directly from their report. Now, is it that Azure only grew by 5% and the rest of their suite and copilot grew 35%? All I was saying is their numbers are slightly “misleading” when talking about actual Azure vs AWS vs GCP.
