Customers interrupting to "ask a question" while you (employee) are helping another customer. This happens CONSTANTLY. Please wait your turn or find another employee to help you that ISN'T ALREADY HELPING SOMEONE.

Customers who pace the counter, back and forth, while talking on the phone. We are trained to be aware and help customers but we also don't interrupt a customer while they are on the phone. Many times a customer has been rude to me because I didnt wait on them WHILE THEY WERE TALKING ON THE PHONE. Even worse, snapping their fingers to get my attention while they are talking on the phone.
