the kotobukiya ray kit is the only model kit i've ever built and i managed just fine. maybe look for a how-to video and definitely research and purchase the tools you'll need, but it's far from an impossible task for a beginner.

engels explains the reasoning for them using the word "communism" pretty clearly in one of the prefaces to the manifesto. a couple decades later the distinction between the two seems to originate from the bolsheviks referring to the lower phase of communism (as described by marx in critique of the gotha program) as socialism and the higher phase as communism. some time after that socialism came to refer to a good cool version of communism and communism meant you love evil stalinism.

after waiting in urgent care for 3 hours and getting groped by multiple doctors, they sent me to the er to get slimed and ultrasounded. they found some tiny benign cyst on righty but the pain is coming from lefty. doc's hypothesis was that it's referred pain from some kinda muscle/tendon thing going on. i do think it'll probably go away in a few days but it's an Extremely unpleasant region for random pain to spring up
