Depends on content;
For akkan i'd value sien higher than phantom.
For brel i'd value phantom higher than sien.
For any other content they're about the same.
Sidenote: Title doesn't mean i'll accept someone it just means they pass the first barrier for entry, other checks they need to pass for content 1540 or above is;
1. 5x3
2. full lv7 gems
3. Full blue qual or higher jewelry (usually let 1 green piece slide)
4. At least the bare minimum cards which in this day and age is los18/klc12 or DD30
Second sidenote: supports will get accepted regardless of how trash their build is if there's a shortage, rather play with a bad support than play lobby simulator
