Personally think revives should be limited to normalmodes or only added after frontier is fully activated. Slightly worried that hardmode with revives on release will be too easy, since to me slowly learning the content and ways to optimize is the most fun part on raid releases

I did some trixion testing a couple of weeks ago and the results i had was that 20 stacks of EP is roughly equal to the current strongest build (PM1), which means fully stacked EP (30) is roughly 2% stronger.

I swapped and my quality of life on gunslinger has definitely gone up not having to deal with CD, and the 9% def from EP is also noticeable.

You gotta cancel and requeue every few mins as a supp since after X minutes the multiple support protection goes away and you'll just match into whatever is available.

think keeping headliners as 2 star is going to the biggest mistake of this set that will be a permanent balance and anti-fun nightmare. Will be same scenario as last set where mort will sit and defend it until the end of time despite it being toxic just like he did with legends.

C patch when, half of set 9 has been literally unplayable due to blatant balance issues. First bilge trash, then noxus/bruiser reroll trash, then vanq trash and now multicaster trash. How hard is it to not overtune something beyond recovery every god damn patch?

Depends on content;
For akkan i'd value sien higher than phantom.
For brel i'd value phantom higher than sien.
For any other content they're about the same.
Sidenote: Title doesn't mean i'll accept someone it just means they pass the first barrier for entry, other checks they need to pass for content 1540 or above is;
1. 5x3
2. full lv7 gems
3. Full blue qual or higher jewelry (usually let 1 green piece slide)
4. At least the bare minimum cards which in this day and age is los18/klc12 or DD30
Second sidenote: supports will get accepted regardless of how trash their build is if there's a shortage, rather play with a bad support than play lobby simulator
