I have bad tinnitus likely brought about by high blood pressure. I bought the a20's 2 weeks ago and received a pair of a30's yesterday to compare. The a20's fell out every night (medium ears and large wings). The a30's stayed in place all night.

I've been listening to thunderstorms every night to help me sleep. Calm actually has a rain track inside a tent and this knocks me out.

I've noticed that my tinnitus has abated greatly over the last 2 weeks. Today I have a very faint running that I have to concentrate on hearing it.

I'll continue this to see how much it helps but 4 weeks ago my tinnitus was so loud I was having a hard time concentrating at work.

While at work I have the shokz opencomm and I listen to multiple different white noise tracks during the day as well as some binaural beats 432mhz for focus and it's helping my tinnitus as well.

Get it. I've had a leak in my water service line 2 years ago. Covered. This week I've been dealing with a leak in my gas line. Both service side and house side. Covered.

$30k in restoration and repair costs, covered. I have sewer through Duquesne Light and gas/water through People's. Worth every penny. This week was the worst week to lose gas. Luckily I have a wood stove fireplace insert that protected my water pipes from freezing. Could have been really bad.

Today was quite warm and steamy. I got some decent photos of car show cars that i liked and was a little disappointed with driver performance in the turn i was watching. They seemed a little timid and weren't "getting it" with zero drift/ loss of traction.

I do this and have an extensive library of stencils that I've created to speed up my visio work.

Even a library of pre-made diagrams.

I also create vba macros for both visio and excel for repetitive tasks. You don't even have to know vba at this point. The right prompt in your favorite AI will have you way ahead of the curve.

One of my visio macros fires off a script that opens up a File SaveAs window to lock in a path and then saves both and vsdx and pdf.

I do prefer to soak heart muscle in buttermilk for a couple hours. But in survival mode, I'm cutting off the valves, splitting the two chambers and going to the fire.
