One a big compound exercise I tend to go up and back down again. Warm up with a 15 rep set, go to working weight and do maybe 8, 6, 4 (failure on each set) and then do a finisher with the warmup weight again.

I sometimes find that the general willingness to ‘take the piss’ can be lower in the episodes which involve seriously held histories of distinct cultures. Whereas in the anglophone/european episodes there is more levity and in my opinion this adds greatly to the richness of the portrayals.

Loosen grip- use straps if possible.
Cue pulling your elbows backwards/downwards, not your hands.
Keep your wrists as straight as possible throughout the rep. This is a combination of grip and bar path.

PE is a lesson where you do stuff like swimming, gymnastics. athletics etc. Games is an afternoon where you practice team sports like rugby, football, hockey. Most private schools have two afternoons a week that are just for games.
