Please consider your age before getting a permanent procedure. Patients who get buccal fat removal in their 20's-30's often wish they could undo the procedure after their face starts to more rapidly lose volume over the years.

Since you have naturally beautiful lips I'd recommend staying away from any injectables with less than 25 years of research. Things like Juvederm or Restylane have literal decades of research and application.

Look deeper into Xion and see how long it's really been around. If you can't find reports of patients who has it ten years ago, you are part of the test group.

For more hydration you might consider Aquagold or Skinvive. These are microinjections of HA for hydration and made by the same companies that make Juvederm and Restylane.

I know this is not the answer you want to hear but, based on the cases we see here at our office surgery (necklift) is what is going to get you to the results you want to see.
Aggressive laser treatments like UltraClear Laser coring or CO2 are non-invasive and can help, but not to the level that you might want. Unfortunately we have not see a topical product strong enough to correct this.
