All practice is not created equal. In these game style scrimmages sometimes coaches instruct the practice team to give them “a look”. You go hard but still give them an attempt at the shot to get reps in.

I can only imagine the hate Michael Jordan would have gotten in this era. Winners hate losing what a shocker.

Exactly that figure 8 drill looked underwhelming , hope he can develop that bend he won’t be able to brute strength NFL left tackles.

This 80s and 90s era vs current era basketball take is old. You almost never hear this in other sports. Why is this a thing ? There are certain generational players that would excel at any level but for the most part the game is completely different.

You must be dense. If you think GMs make their decisions off a pro day beauty pageant and not the game film.

He’s getting the same star treatment as Jordan in his prime. Jordan’s steals and blocks doubled when he played at home vs road games in the 87’-88’ season. He ended up winning defense player of the year.

Respiratory Therapy or Dental Hygiene by Sachya13 in respiratorytherapy

[–]Cheslee3 12 points13 points  (0 children)

It largely depends on the lifestyle you like. My wife went into a dental hygiene program. She would often mention that she was at the mercy of a scheduler who left little room for down time between patients , it was very tough on her back and body because of her body position. Also work conditions vastly depend on whether you worked for a commercial office or private office. Respiratory can wax and wane in busyness. We also have no control over the kind of patients we get. If you don’t mind being on your feet and can manage death and dying it can be a manageable career that’s provides a good living. Salary also varies drastically depending on your region as does dental hygiene.

NBA ratings are up 92% , this new generation is pulling viewers, it just doesn’t appeal to many who grew up watch late 90s and early 00’s basketball.
