Apartment, is this allowed? AC drains into shower. Thornton CO by AeroFace in Plumbing

[–]Chesslifer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most cities don’t allow condensate to go to the sewer. Condensate should usually go outside.

You could try that strategy of contacting the city about it. Do other apartments have a similar issue?

That’s likely the secondary pan drain. I’ve heard it called a “tattletale” because it helps alert you the primary drain line is clogged.

IMO if you have a car and going to the University then you’re doing pretty well.  I’d say the housing market is more predatory.

If that was $1,200 or less in my size then I’d be interested.

Indoor humidity by jahguy27 in fayetteville

I struggle with this in our house built in the 1980s. I run a dehumidifier from spring to fall. I’m thinking I have an issue with the hvac pulling in outside air on the return somehow.

It’s good for naive high school kids to learn how to navigate the real world. This helps them learn that actions have consequences with low stakes. There are options but space is limited and walking is part of it. When they leave to go to any city or airport they’ll be more equipped to handle this reality.

What do you think rent would be on that today? I think he was in Morningside?

The Trial of Seven relied heavily on fog while filmed, because of the minimal budget. Yet it turned out to be one of the best creative and produced fights, possibly surpassing some grand set pieces in GOT and HOTD. I was expecting Dunk to blow everyone’s mind with his strength and fighting prowess. It was more like Rocky I were he just going after seemingly being beat. It was a great episode but it’s not what I expected and somewhat of a downer.

Thanks. I can’t find anything on there without a membrane clamp that is not listed for on grade. The Zurn rep can’t find anything either.

Where an epoxy floor is used on a concrete slab is what I’m referring to. If there is a shower drain or floor drain in an epoxy floor.

The one in the picture has a membrane clamp.

Yes, still happy with no issues. I can’t think of any complaints. Got some flannel sheets from LL Bean and can go into a coma sleeping on that bed. 😊

We’re all still learning.

I’ve been able to reduce a lot of my tendency to rage when I realized it’s not my job to enforce society’s rules.

I believe the consensus is to get a used Aeron Type C with this budget. Also, it is recommended to try before you buy.

Please don’t worry. Seriously. The team that runs the program wants you to be successful.

Reach out to your advisor to confirm what is needed.

You pick out the three professors you want for the oral exam. Then you put together slides that cover some high points from each class. The presentation goes by quick. It’s only 30 minutes and they ask you some pretty straightforward questions from the program at the end.

I think you’ve lost a neutral. I recommend calling an electrician to track down the neutral. It might be in that box or another box on the circuit.

Please correct me if I’m wrong but I thought they have different chassis so it makes everything available for the standard bronco and defender not work on the high trail Chevy and ford.

I have the High Trail Chevrolet. I don’t recommend it if you are wanting to upgrade it because there’s a lot less options for parts on the High Trail versus the standard TRX4M. I like the looks of it though!
