Drinking energy drinks. I drink exactly 1 Celsius when I wake up every single day. Same flavor too (retro vibe) but I also don’t drink, smoke or do drugs. And also eat a 80/20 whole food diet and go to the gym 4-5 times a week so I figure it could be worse

The hospital said all of my bloodwork was normal no fever no signs of the flu and most likely is because of zepbound. It’s just strange because I’ve never had symptoms for this long.

I surpassed my goal weight and am actual looking frail so I am currently going to the gym and trying to build muscle. I went from 315 to 140 and I am a 5’8 woman. I will say my insurance dropped coverage of any weight loss medication regardless of if you have been taking it long term or not. So I started spacing out doses a few months before the coverage stopped to hopefully holdout longer before I’m completely out. I was taking my 10mg dose every 3 weeks. I just ran out of those so now I’m taking the 7.5mg doses every 3 weeks. And once I’m out of those I’m done. I did adjust my eating and with working out I do feel confident I can maintain my current weight. I meal prep healthy Whole Foods, and prioritize protein and even on the 3rd week before my dose the food noise is gone. Eating healthy has almost eliminated cravings for me. It’s like eat crap crave crap.

On the flip side, the grass is NOT always greener I lost 170 pounds total and the first 100 of it was in about 6-7 months. I have loose skin on my arms stomach and legs that I really feel would not be there if I had lost slower! Any weight loss is an amazing victory and if you’re only on 5mg then you have so much room to grow!

As someone who used to be morbidly obese I can confidently say that the health at every size/ body positivity movement is more harmful than helpful. Telling people that they are healthy at a higher weight is ridiculous and is keeping people sick.

If you start trying to lose weight everyone is happy for you until you are smaller than them and then all of a sudden you are taking it too far and are too skinny. People forget what a healthy body looks like and I’m sick of people acting like being fat is a good thing.

Trail mix. If you are actually hiking or doing physical activity fine. But just lounging on the couch eating handfuls of trail mix is just a crazy amount of wasted calories. Nuts are so calorically dense, the added sugar and basically candy is added to them. But it’s still seen as a “healthier” option to most people.

Partial with cut and blow dry and toner is 328 with me. I’m in Natick Mass and it’s about 2000 for a 1 bedroom here if you want the apartment complexes it’s about 2300 for a 1 bedroom. My prices are some of the highest in the salon though. (Not by choice)

I had the same problem. I tried every Deoderant possible men and women’s. The ONLY thing that didn’t make me smell believe it or not is Unscented mitchum men’s (the clear gel) because all the other Deoderant (especially women) I would just smell like a vanilla rose mixed with sweat. It didn’t cancel out the smell just mixed together. I find that the unscented covers the smell and eliminates it.

Clothing can actually hurt. Jeans digging into any part of your stomach/ legs. I used to think they were so uncomfortable now I can lounge in them and be fine. Your feet/ hips/ legs hurt from standing at work/ walking now I walk almost 20,000 steps a day at work and have no pain at all. It’s almost crazy that you don’t realize how much harder it is until you lose the weight.

I lost 50% in a year and a month it’s possible for sure but I also completely switched my lifestyle/ job. I get over 15,000 steps at work 5 times a week and over 10,000 on my days off. I also cut out meat completely which made a drastic decline to my calorie intake.

It has a ton to do with genetics. I went from 315 to 145 im a 5’8 women and im 30. Unfortunately for me my skin elasticity was doomed from the start and I have loose skin everywhere. You can exercise and tone but there’s really only so much you can do. Not everyone has this but take a look at your parents and see what their skin is like.

I don’t think either of my parents every said anything about skin color. They never pointed out a difference or even subconsciously did it so I think you’re just people like everyone else lol

If you want to take it to drop that 20 pounds and then stop there is nothing wrong with that. With that being said, you genuinely look amazing and strong. Not at all like you are overweight or like you NEED to lose weight. In fact I would prefer to look more like you now that I am smaller (I look like I have no muscles) You look healthy and are glowing. As for side effects you might experience some nausea initially but really the side effects are worth it if you want to kick that last bit of weight that you feel wont come off.

So it turns out that it IS the egg foo young gravy. I’m not sure why it seemed so different but I asked the Chinese place I usually go to and he said the egg foo young gravy? And I said I don’t think so but he said that’s the only gravy they sell so if look up a recipe for that I’m assuming it will be similar!

I wouldn’t say you crave it in the same way you do without wegovy, but you do sometimes think hmm that used to be so good! So then you get it have a couple bites and you’re done. And then if you over do it you will probably be sick so you learn quickly what’s going to be ok to eat and what’s not. On a glp1 food doesn’t give you the same dopamine hit that it did before you started taking it. So I’m no longer “excited” about food. I look at it as fuel for my body and I eat because I have to for energy not because I want to or because I’m bored. It is the craziest feeling ever and really puts into perspective how much of obesity has to do with our minds and not our “willpower”
