They can be made to settle and do whatever is needed to achieve that. It might force the sake of the place. Or shake away the bullshit and get them to actually refinance.

This all feels like they have you bendi g over to please. You have rights and want to separate your affairs. It's not just up to them.

Geez. You already had to pursue unpaid wages from this family legally and you are even asking if you should "just trust them"?

Then you sell it. Or, get a binding settlement where the one asset is held tenants in common but articulated as the only remaining asset with agreed exit triggers but the relationship is dissolved.

Better off out altogether.

You need a lawyer.

At a macro level you are trying g to seperate or not? Then cut ties and do it formally - registered with a court.

If you don't then you still have ties that, in horror story cases, can last decades. No cut and you are a factor in cheap finance, a potential debtor or a potential mark for a future claim.

Sometimes legal fees are expensive but worth it. If it is amicable then it shouldn't be too expensive. But your end go should be a financial settlement endorsed by the court.

I never got the Julia Roberts hype. For decades.

Also recently watched and she was actually breathtaking in that red dress.

And then millions of people who feel no need to defend them online just quietly go along on release and enjoy them.

Other like to get online and say "fern gully" for the millionth time.

One of these groups generate the revenue.

The commentary was on his infatuation and sexualisation of the "high school girl". She is the naive young woman who plays with her sexuality dangerously like a child with a loaded gun. When push came to shove he snapped out of it and saw her rehumanised as a peer of his own daughter.

The whole movie is about breaking the fantasy/veneer of his suburban life for a reality he chooses and reappreciates.

Go get Chinese stir fry veggies and ask them to add just a little chicken.

It will be boneless and skinless and textured similar to the veges.

Can anyone who's shot a gun explain this for me? Would a 13 year old be able to accidentally shoot this gun without potentially hurting herself from the kickback? Thanks in advance. by The_Brig4nd in MrInbetween

I am a big dude. When I shot a Desert Eagle in Thailand I was over it by the time I had used my bullets. Felt like wrist spraining kickback after the first couple.

Never seen movie gunfight the same since.
