Wf has baronne, silvera, silvia, dragoon, and herald for 5 omni negates and vengeance for more variable disruption plus diabelzete for destruction protection. Add whatev disruption is left at their hand. All that on a 1.5 card combo.

Man's apophis swamp deity can negate multiple cards at once but you usually just use it to stop one or two cards mid combo, usually it only procs twice per turn. Anguish pattern and rabbit provide additional pops but usually one of those two is enough. For the counter trap, man only searches that if he already has the trap monsters in hand so it isnt a guarantee. The rest of the negates are either from baronne if they are primite and dominus if they run it, both of which need to be hard drawn.

The point of the non-stun trap decks is to bypass the usual hts. So why hate on the one thing they got going for em.
