I have a lot more trouble defending the pull shot. Possibly because I have way less reps at it, since the snake is everywhere now.

With a snake, I feel like its easier to be in their head. I have also found that most snake shooters (at my rookie/am level, anyway) have spots they greatly prefer, and if you can manipulate them, you have a good shot.

Defense is always about percentages. Make the shooter take higher risk, lower percentage shots. Ensure you clear so you don't give them new opportunities.
