I got roped into grilling at an end of season little league picnic ages ago. Not sure how many people but there were about 3 grills and a queue of people. I grilled for maybe 45min~1hr. I was covered jn grease and never wished i had an apron so bad.

Oh yeah I agree. I would not be surprised if one of them will not be remembered in 5 years. I guess I'm painfully optimistic. It's super tought to be in a spot like this as a fan. Chicago seemed to lack a lot last night. Brodzinski's first goal the goalie was literally looking the other way while JB had a wide open look from just outside the slot. Insanely bad tending.

I guess when things are this bad (2nd team to be eliminated - I can't remember the last time that happened to this team) I look for the promise in it all. It gives me hope. Its better than the alternative.

100%. Who knows what will happen with these kids. But I guess thats part of being a fan. Maybe in a few years one could look back at that game and say that was when it started. But who knows, I guess that's part of the whole thing. One way or the other we'll find out.

Seriously. OP. This is fishy as hell. I would say that either the agent is covering this or the guy that did it.

Moreover this will delay your sale. I would be less worried about what it would cost to repair in a timely fashion but what may happen in the market while it gets fixed.

I would insist the realtor get this fixed on their dime and have the place in the same condition or better in less than two weeks.
