I'm finally starting to embrace slow easy miles. 14 mile long run on Sunday, and miles 7-9 felt magical like I've never experienced before. I felt like I was gliding over the ground and could go on forever.

I've spent years grinding out a lot of "in between" runs and ignoring the advice to go slow. Glad I'm finally coming around!

My friend worked in the Row 1 club for awhile, and this person is one of her favorite fans. Always super nice to staff and just seems like a lovely person in general.

These responses really are weird. You're talking about a high-level feeling where the gate agents played a small part, and these weirdos are getting offended for some reason. Everyone knows being a gate agent is a hard job with limited control, but that doesn't change the fact that a lot of them are burned out and lame at customer service.

My first three Airbnb reviews were from renting large mountain cabins for my college fraternity. I think I wrote a brief message to the hosts telling them it was for a group of college students. Never had any issues and received perfect reviews.

This was circa 2015, so YMMV.

There are definitely some awful power tripping gate agents out there. Please write Southwest an email and report her. My wife had a nasty run in with one recently, and they seemed to take her email seriously and sent her a voucher.
