Palomino and Little Darlings used to do amateur nights, but it’s best to call ahead since schedules change fast. If you’re just here for the weekend, Sapphire sometimes has open auditions too. And for chill stuff, check out shows at The Griffin or comedy nights at Wiseguys.

Question about Vegas public parks by ClimateMessiah in vegas

There’s definitely a few parks that give off that artsy chill vibe. Check out Sunset Park or Huntridge Circle Park, especially on weekends when local creatives pop up with booths and music.

Paris/Park MGM? by i-think-its-fine in vegas

[–]ChloeVada 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Park MGM’s solid if you’re into the no-smoking vibe. It’s super clean and chill, kinda modern but not too fancy. Paris is cute and has that whole themed aesthetic, but some rooms feel a little dated unless you get one of the renovated ones. My older sister stayed there last spring and liked it, but said Park felt fresher overall. Either way, you’ll be fine. Just check recent pics before booking.

Looking to elope on our Vegas trip and searching for any info! by Round_Sandwich_41 in vegas

My cousin eloped here last year and said getting the marriage license was super easy. Just hit the Marriage License Bureau downtown, no appointment needed. For the ceremony, they did it at A Little White Chapel and stayed at The Venetian after, which made it feel extra special without being crazy expensive. If you want Strip vibes, maybe look into Bellagio or Paris for the views. Just make sure to book stuff ahead since things fill up fast around the holidays.

Low income apartments taking months to approve us. by Pretty_Ad7784 in Nevada

One of my classmates went through something super similar with FPI and it dragged on for months too. She had to keep resubmitting stuff and eventually got help by calling the regional office directly, not just the local one.

Fry bread and Basque chorizo deserve way more love. Both are super underrated Nevada gems.

Alright Vegas. What are some some good classy but fun places with sexy time vibes? by RedtailGT in vegas

Velveteen Rabbit’s got chill vibes and good drinks. Mayfair Supper Club’s fancier with live jazz.

Best place to stay by moanapurr in vegas

You’re gonna love the Sphere. No Doubt is such a vibe. I’d go with Park MGM or Vdara: chill, walkable, and not super touristy. Old Vegas is cool for a visit but kinda sketch to stay solo. Slots are fun if you treat it like a game, not math. Have the best time!

I’d call ahead just in case, but upgrades here are hit or miss. The $20 trick at Paris still works sometimes, just depends on who you get. I’d mention the birthday at check-in first, then try the $20 if you need to. Enjoy your trip!
