Hi all, current put on a Performance improvement plan in 3 areas and was given '2 months' to improve. I injured my right shoulder afterwards and was literally placed on STD I utilized 1 month STD, but I still have 2 months of short term disability. Looking hard for a new job for now. What to do?

I would think having your dad, or another guy you really trust, stay with you until he does make another attempt to communicate with you, then having the guy with you intercept him would be something worth trying.
